Bryan Dunlop Owner

In February 2023 I began my business and accounting solutions business in the Roaring Fork Valley. We provide personal and insightful assistance to small and medium businesses by providing concise and professional bookkeeping services. Because of my background and knowledge of a wide array of businesses we also provide the ability to assist businesses with a general accounting & business assessments to ensure growth and ongoing profit.



In 2011 I gained significant experience as a corporate/real estate paralegal and an entrepreneur. I bring an array of professional experience in a variety of corporate environments. I earned my Nursing degree from the Community College of Denver 1989 and a B.S. in Nursing from Rochville University in 2006. After a 25+ year career in the air-medical field as a Flight Nurse, Educator and Manager, I emphatically pursued a new career in the legal field earning an A.S. in Paralegal Studies in 2011 from Brookline College. I completing my B.S. in Management - Human Resources from Western Governors University and recently transitioned to ownership of a successful bookkeeping business assisting a successful property management company in the Roaring Fork Valley. My primary expertise is in property management finance and executive management.

I have various experiences as an entrepreneur establishing a number of successful small businesses as well as various consulting ventures. Additionally, my experience includes Corporate and Real Estate Transactions, complex Contracts, Legal and Medical Research, Information Governance, Labor and Employment and Health care law to name a few.

I have always been proactive throughout my career, instituting a number of medical-legal and management processes to improve corporate and health care compliance.

My experience as an Entrepreneur, Paralegal and Flight Nurse in complex and highly demanding circumstances afford a unique insight and dedication, assuring that projects will be accomplished in a judicious, precise, and friendly manner.
